You wanted Google Drive integration for Xodo on Android? You got it!

Users have been asking for better Google Drive support. This sounded like a great idea to us, so we upgraded Google Drive integration.

First up: Android devices! (But if you’re using Xodo for iOS or Windows RT, please don’t feel too left out — we’re already working on similar integrations for your devices.)

What’s new in Xodo 2.1.1 (Android only)

  • After you update Xodo, you will see Google Drive as an option in your in-app browser menu below the Dropbox tab. Starting from this Google Drive tab, you’ll be able to:
    • Open your Google Drive file storage directly from Xodo
    • Search, select, and open files from Google Drive with Xodo’s in-app filepicker
    • Edit PDF documents and save changes back to Google Drive directly from Xodo (yes, this means they’re no longer read-only!)

As always, if you can think of ways to make Xodo even better, we’d love to hear from you. Visit our Uservoice forum to vote for your favorite suggestions or add your own, or join Xodo on Twitter, Google+, or Facebook and drop us a line!

  1. The feature of integration with Google Drive works fantastic in my Android device!

However, the PDF files opened from Google drive through XoDo PDF editor (iOS version) cannot be synced with the Google Drive and what I have edited on my iPhone are just cannot be auto-synced (or synced manually) to the Google Drive.

May I ask any fixs for it?

Thanks a lot and I really want to enjoy the cross-platform integration and take more out of XoDo!
