Users have been asking for better Google Drive support. This sounded like a great idea to us, so we upgraded Google Drive integration.
First up: Android devices! (But if you’re using Xodo for iOS or Windows RT, please don’t feel too left out — we’re already working on similar integrations for your devices.)
What’s new in Xodo 2.1.1 (Android only)
- After you update Xodo, you will see Google Drive as an option in your in-app browser menu below the Dropbox tab. Starting from this Google Drive tab, you’ll be able to:
- Open your Google Drive file storage directly from Xodo
- Search, select, and open files from Google Drive with Xodo’s in-app filepicker
- Edit PDF documents and save changes back to Google Drive directly from Xodo (yes, this means they’re no longer read-only!)
As always, if you can think of ways to make Xodo even better, we’d love to hear from you. Visit our Uservoice forum to vote for your favorite suggestions or add your own, or join Xodo on Twitter, Google+, or Facebook and drop us a line!
Xodo is the ultimate cross-platform PDF viewer and annotator.
